The opening of Petrolhead hits hard and without compromise. Rubber and Timut pepper clash with a flash of blue ginger—sharp, charged, and distinctly mechanical. A certain brightness runs through it, yet it remains anchored to a raw, industrial edge that establishes the character from the first moment. As the scent develops, leather and lavender move to the forefront, interwoven in a fougère construction that feels both familiar and unsettling. Ambrocenide brings a gentle, skin-close warmth to the heart, preventing the composition from becoming too harsh or rugged. The base is where Petrolhead fully lives up to its name. Oakmoss, cypriol, and patchouli form a deep, woody foundation, while synthetic castoreum adds a rich animalic depth. Then comes Horsepower—a unique accord that evokes the raw, petrol-soaked essence of vintage racing. It is unlike anything else.
